How do I create an account?
After entering our store, click on the user icon in the top right corner and select “create an Account”
You must fill in all fields marked with an asterisk(*). For the date of birth, first select the year, then the month, and finally the day.

How long does it take for my account to be approved?
Account approval times vary depending on:
- Current request volume (we process applications in order).
- Your selfie quality (it must clearly match your government-issued ID).
- Data consistency (all details must align with your registration info).
Only one account is allowed per person. If you don’t receive our confirmation email, please check your spam folder sometimes our messages end up there!

How can I successfully complete my purchase?
When logging into our store, please go to your address book and provide:
- Your billing address (must match the one on your credit card account)
- Your shipping address (where you want your order delivered)
After saving these addresses, you can select your products and proceed to checkout.

What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure is a security protocol developed by Visa and Mastercard to protect online payments by verifying that the buyer is the legitimate cardholder.
Now, all card purchases require a one-time security code sent to your mobile phone to authorize each transaction. Without this code, your payment cannot be processed.
This added layer of security prevents online fraud and ensures safe transactions through virtual payment gateways. If you haven’t activated this feature, please contact your bank.

How to Pay with 3D Secure?
The process is very simple and quick:
- Enter Card Details
- Select "Credit/Debit Card" at checkout.
- You’ll be redirected to your bank’s secure (HTTPS) encrypted page.
- Enter your:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- 3-digit security code (CVV) from the back of your card.
- Verify Your Identity (Method depends on your bank) You’ll need to provide one of the following:
- A one-time SMS code sent to your registered mobile number.
- A numeric code from your bank’s coordinate card (if provided).
- Your ATM PIN + a valid ID document (for extra security).
- This ensures only you can authorize the transaction.

6 cases of beer (any brand combination)
5 cases of malt
Monthly Purchase Allowance:
Up to 24 cases of beer
Up to 20 cases of malt
Delivery Terms:
For orders exceeding 11 cases to the same address:
Havana: 72-hour delivery guarantee does not apply
Other provinces: 7-day delivery guarantee does not apply

How to Change Delivery Address During Checkout?
During checkout, you can modify your delivery address by:
- Clicking the (Edit) button below your current delivery address
- Choosing from your saved addresses in the address book or
- Selecting (New Address) to add a different delivery location
After entering your information, click (Update) to confirm.
Important: The delivery address must be within the service zone of the respective sub-store.
