This page contains our Returns and Refunds Policy for our virtual store, last updated on May 1, 2024. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our returns and refunds policy.

The following terms apply to any products you have purchased from us.

Interpretation

Words with a capital initial letter have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions will have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Returns and Refunds Policy:

• “You/you” means the individual accessing or using the Website, or a company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.
• “Company” (referred to either as “the Company” or “We” or by the possessive adjective “Our” in this Agreement) refers to MiCerveza.
• “Service” refers to the Website or the Application, or both.
• “Application” refers to the Company's software program, called MiCerveza, that You have downloaded to an electronic device.
• “Website” refers to MiCerveza, accessible from https://www.micerveza.com
• “Goods” means the items that are for sale on the Service.
• “Order” means the request You make to purchase Our Goods.

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

If you have not received the merchandise, you have the right to cancel your order in the store www.micerveza.com, within a period of up to 7 days.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You can do it in the following ways:

You will be refunded no later than 14 days after We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment methods that you used for the Order, and you will not pay any fee for such reimbursement.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that: 

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
• The Goods are in their original container or packaging
• The Goods were not used or damaged
• You keep the receipt or proof of your purchase

The following Goods are not permitted to be returned:

• Goods clearly personalized or supplied to Your specifications.
• Goods whose nature makes them ineligible to be returned, deteriorate quickly, or are already expired.
• Goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that did not remain sealed after receipt.
• Goods whose nature, after being delivered, were inseparably mixed with other products.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.
We can only refund regular appraised Goods. Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund money paid for Goods for sale. This exclusion may not apply to You if not permitted by applicable laws.

 

Return of Goods 

We cannot be responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot make refunds without actually receiving the Goods or without evidence of receipt of the returns. 

Changes

If you need to exchange a product for another of the same type, contact us. Please note that we only replace Goods that you have received are defective or damaged. 

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and were subsequently sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, we will send you a gift coupon. 
If the Goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person giving the Goods requested that the Order be sent directly to them to give to You later, We will send the refund to that person.
